Trey grew up in sports – baseball, soccer and track, including sprints, the long-jump and shot put. Early in his athletic career, he became involved in weight lifting to help with football, benching 550 lbs by the end of his senior year. After four years of Varsity football and 3 years of Varsity soccer, Trey concentrated on Powerlifting, ending his senior year breaking 5 National and World records in bench press. His last competition was with the World Powerlifting Congress where he still holds the World Record.
Trey soon shifted into bodybuilding and was quickly known in the industry as Trey “The Phenom” Brewer for his incredible size. He was awarded a major contract with BSN, one of the national supplement companies, and has been featured numerous times in Muscular Development magazine.
During this period, Trey participated in the 2005 NPC Teen & Collegiate National Championships, the 2008 NPC Junior National Championships, the 2008 NPC National Championships, and the 2009 NPC National Championships.
Today, while still maintaining the bodybuilder lifestyle of training and diet, Trey’s primary focus is working with others to help them achieve their goals as Director of Personal Training at Titanz Fitness.
