Rachel Reich

Rachel Reich is originally from Illinois and was very athletic growing up participating in many sports. After graduating high school Rachel went to Cosmetology school where she graduated with honors. She worked for the Loreal Corporation as a Regional Training Educator. She traveled throughout the country for over four years teaching and educating hundreds of corporate employees. She had a passion for helping people and teaching so she decided to follow her passion and became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

Rachel Reich has a very diverse clientele ranging from athletes to the elderly. She has studied multiple training techniques that can be adapted to each individual to suit their specific needs. Rachel’s personal philosophy is to use a large variety and variations of all different types of training to keep the client interested and the body changing. This coupled with a high energy personality and positive attitude makes Rachel a first class trainer and group fitness instructor.
