I am from Los Angeles, California where nutrition and fitness has been apart of my life, all my life. I truly believe proper eating and exercise adds years to your life, everything in moderation.
My entire life from being in youth sports, high school sports, collegiate sports and playing basketball overseas had shown me you can do more than you think you can when you mentally commit yourself.
That’s why one of my goals for my clients is to instill that along with teaching structure and mental toughness.
As a Master Personal trainer, I am dedicated to optimize the health, training and completion performance of every client I work with. I am extremely passionate about sharing my knowledge to help others be excited and comfortable about leading a healthy lifestyle and improving they overall look and quality of life.
I have had the opportunity to work and learn from a wide variety of clients, ranging from fitness beginners to professional athletes. One thing I focus on is creating a dynamic workout that will challenge each client at their fitness level. At the same time focusing on injury prevention and functionally sound movements patterned to make sure each client is getting the absolute most out of their training sessions. Over all the years fitness has changed and will continue to change, that’s why I continue to learn from other fellow trainers and others around me.
