Membership Freeze Policy
Need a temporary break? You can freeze your membership instead of canceling.
Here's how it works:
Freeze Terms
- A membership may be frozen for up to 3 consecutive months at a time.
- Members are allowed up to 2 freezes per calendar year.
- A $10 monthly freeze fee will apply for the duration of the freeze.
- All past-due balances must be paid before a freeze request can be processed.
- All other terms and conditions of your membership agreement remain in effect
during the freeze period.
How to Submit a Freeze Request
Freeze requests must be submitted in one of the following ways:
- In Person — Visit Titanz Fitness during staffed hours and speak with a team
member at the front desk.
- Certified Mail — Submit a written freeze request by certified mail to: 1834
South Cobb Industrial Boulevard, Smyrna, GA. Please retain your certified mail
receipt as proof of submission.
We are unable to accept freeze requests by phone, email, fax, or online
submission.
Timing
To ensure the freeze takes effect before your next billing date, your request
must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your billing date. Requests
submitted with less than 10 days' notice will take effect on the following
billing cycle.
