Membership freeze policy and how to submit your request.
Need a temporary break? You can freeze your membership instead of canceling. Here is how it works.
Membership Freeze Policy
- Up to 3 consecutive months. A membership may be frozen for up to 3 consecutive months at a time.
- 2 freezes per calendar year. Members are allowed up to 2 freezes per calendar year.
- $10 monthly freeze fee. A $10 monthly freeze fee will apply for the duration of the freeze.
- Account must be current. All past-due balances must be paid before a freeze request can be processed.
- Other terms remain in effect. All other terms and conditions of your membership agreement remain in effect during the freeze period.
Submit Your Freeze Request
Freeze requests must be submitted in one of the following ways:
In Person
Visit Titanz Fitness during staffed hours and speak with a team member at the front desk.
Certified Mail
Submit a written freeze request by certified mail to 1834 South Cobb Industrial Boulevard, Smyrna, GA. Please retain your certified mail receipt as proof of submission.
Please Note: We are unable to accept freeze requests by phone, email, fax, or online submission.
When Your Freeze Takes Effect
Submit At Least 10 Days Before Billing
To ensure the freeze takes effect before your next billing date, your request must be submitted at least 10 days prior to your billing date.
Requests submitted with less than 10 days notice will take effect on the following billing cycle.
