Freeze Policy
• All past due balances must be paid before a freeze request can be processed.
• A membership may be frozen for up to 6 months at a time.
• If the Member is within their contract term, a $10 monthly freeze fee will apply for the duration of the freeze (up to a maximum of 6 months per term).
• All other terms and conditions of this Agreement remain in effect during the freeze period.
• To ensure the freeze takes effect before the next billing date, the request must be submitted and approved at least 5 business days prior to the billing date.
• Requests submitted with less than 5 business days’ notice will take effect on the following billing cycle.
