Please be aware of the following cancellation terms:

A 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Any fees due within this period must be paid for the cancellation to occur.Your account must be in good standing, with all payments made at the club, to process the cancellation. Without this, we cannot complete your cancellation.

It may take up to 10 days to process your cancellation, so we recommend providing proper notice to avoid additional payments.You will be responsible for any payments due during the 30-day notice period. You will have access to Titanz facilities for 30 days following your last payment.

Please remember to turn in your membership card once you are done utilizing our facilities.

Refer to your membership agreement for specific terms, as these will always supersede the terms in this email.We are processing your request and will ensure it is completed promptly.
