Cancellation requests must be submitted in one of the following ways:
In Person: Visit Titanz Fitness during staffed hours and complete a cancellation request form with a team member at the front desk.
Certified Mail: Submit a written cancellation request by certified mail to 1834 South Cobb Industrial Boulevard, Smyrna, GA. Please retain your certified mail receipt as proof of submission.
We are unable to accept cancellation requests by phone, email, fax, or online submission.
Cancellation Terms
A 30 day notice is required for cancellation. Any fees due within this period must be paid for the cancellation to be processed. Your account must be in good standing, with no past due balances, for the cancellation to go through.
It may take up to 10 business days to process your cancellation, so we recommend submitting your request as early as possible to avoid additional billing cycles. You will be responsible for any payments due during the 30 day notice period.
You will have access to Titanz facilities for 30 days following your last payment. Please remember to return your membership card once you are done using the gym.
The terms of your signed membership agreement will always take priority. For a copy, ask a team member at the front desk or log in to your member portal.
Before You Cancel
If you just need a temporary break, we also offer a membership freeze for $10 per month, up to 3 months at a time, twice per calendar year. Freeze requests can be submitted in person or by certified mail at least 10 days before your next billing date.
