Gym Membership FAQs

Is There a Cancellation Fee?

No. We only require a 30-day notice for cancellations. There are no hidden fees or penalties — just transparency. You are responsible for any payment that falls within that 30- day period AND you can continue to use the gym 30 -days after your final payment.

Can I Pause My Membership?

Yes. Life happens. If you need to step away, we offer a freeze option so you can pause and pick back up when you’re ready.

Do I Need a Gym Membership to Work With a Trainer?

No membership is required for ANY of our training and coaching packages.
