Total Body Blast is a new total body workout incorporating Olympic and power lifts used in a cardiovascular style to increase your strength, speed, conditioning, and agility. This 60-minute class is taught by Daniel Stuckart and Derek Taylor This routine is designed to take your mental and physical performance to a new level, allowing you to burn incredible amounts of fat in a short amount of time safely. This class also incorporates breathing techniques for mental strength and a brief meditation at the end for balancing and resetting your mind and body.
