Mike Pryce is a seasoned Sports Performance Coach and Fitness Instructor. He is certified through (NFPT) National Federation of Professional Trainers, (USAW) USA Weighting / Sporrts Performance Coach, certified specialists for Post / Pre Natal through Annette Lang Educations and CPR / AED certified through American Hear Association (AHA). He privately trains clients of all ages, instructs group fitness sessions and presents fitness regimens at health fairs and fitness expos.
Mike’s love for fitness started from his athletic background. At the age of 7 he started playing a variety of sports. “He would play sports ALL DAY football, basketball, tennis, you name it, he’s in it. He just loved to compete,” says his mother. “If he wasn’t competing in some event, he was teaching the kids around the neighborhood various types of exercises. He always wanted to make an impact in people’s lives. That’s Michael!”
In life, Mike’s driving force is never wanting to be “average.” His mentality of never wanting to be average pushed him to build his character and maximiz his athletic potential. In high school, Mike played 3 years of varsity football in which he became an All-State Football Player. His hard work and team attitude earned him an athletic scholarship to play division-1 college football at Central Michigan University until graduating in 2006.
Originally from Southwest Florida, Mike comes from a family of 11 siblings (9 sisters; 1 brother). In his spare time, Mike likes to relax with his family, travel the world, and watch his favorite sports teams: The Los Angeles Lakers and The Florida State Seminoles.
