Cornell began his pursuit of fitness at the age of 15 years old. Initially intending to advance his pursuit of competitive sports. At the age of 16 Cornell tore his ACL playing football, electing to forego surgery Cornell rebutted the advice of several doctors choosing instead to develop his own techniques to address his injuries. Through a self designed leg rebuilding program Cornell achieved maximum results without the benefit of ACL reconstruction.
During his later teens and into his early 20’s Cornell used his athletic prowess to pursue a career as a professional model, furthering his knowledge of fitness through a consistent need to change his body to fit whatever the industry demands dictated he be.
At 23 years old Cornell began to pursue a career in Personal Training, as both an aerobics instructor and Personal Trainer. Cornell’s pursuits of fitness includes MMA, Judo (brown belt) and a love of Cross-platform training.
In 2009 Cornell was voted Trainer of The year by his peers in Miami, Fl. Cornell has trained both Professional Athletes from varying sports, Tennis/Football. Cornell has trained clients From New York to Miami from all walks of life with all different body types, covering ages from 15-86 yrs old maintaining while doing so his pursuit of result driven, progressive longevity based training programs.
Cornell is currently an A.C.E certified Personal Trainer/ NASM Strength training/conditioning specialist with 17 years of training experience and an unparalleled love of helping others achieve a higher level of fitness through time tested techniques.
